Compufixni Christmas Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Compufixni Christmas Club! We're delighted to offer our customers an option to pay off large purchases in the run-up to Christmas. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
To participate in the Compufixni Christmas Club, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Agree to these terms and conditions.

Enrollment
Enrollment in the Christmas Club is open from January 1st to October 31st each year.
Customers can enroll by leaving their first deposit in store, along with their contact details with a member of staff.
A minimum purchase amount of £100 is required to qualify for the Christmas Club.
An example of where the Christmas Club is commonly used is for large purchases of laptops, bespoke computers and arcade machines.

Payments
Customers can choose to make weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments.
Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card, cash or via an online payment link, which can be sent on request, via Square.
All payments must be completed by December 15th of the enrollment year.
You will be sent a reminder at the start of each month that a payment is due; however, responsibility to pay on time remains the purchasers sole responsibility. Compufixni is not liable if for whatever reason, the reminder does not reach the purchaser.

Product Availability and Pricing
Prices and availability of products are guaranteed at the time of enrollment.
If a product becomes unavailable, customers will be offered a similar product of equal or greater value or a full refund.

Cancellations and Refunds
Partaking in the Christmas club is a commitment to buy.
Failure to complete payments by the due date will result in cancellation of the Christmas Club plan.
Due to the bespoke, special order nature of the purchase, payments are non refundable in event of cancellation.

Collection of Purchases
All purchases must be collected from the Compufixni store by December 24th. 
A valid ID will be required for in-store collection.

Liability
Compufixni is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of the Christmas Club plan or the unavailability of products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment methods are valid and up-to-date.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Compufixni reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Customers will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
Continued participation in the Christmas Club constitutes acceptance of any revised terms and conditions.
